Further matters:

Conference delegates who require a formal letter for visa purposes, should make direct contact with the chair of IASIL, who has kindly agreed to undertaken this on official IASIL stationary:
Riana.ODwyer@nuigalway.ie

To cover the extra administrative expense we will incur in processing any late registrations, after 1st June 2009 we are obliged to charge an additional late registration fee of £50, which should be added on to the conference fee if making a late IBAN transfer.

Registered delegates who later find themselves unable to attend the conference may request a refund by notifying us BEFORE 30th June. We will then ask for separate written confirmation, and will be obliged to charge a £50 fee to cover the extra adminstration costs. We regret that no refunds can be made after 30th June 2009, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be acceptable if notified to us in writing before the start of the conference.
