To cover
the extra administrative expense we will incur in processing any late

late registration fee of £50, which should be added on to the
conference fee if making a late IBAN transfer.
Registered
delegates who later find themselves unable to attend the conference
may request a refund by notifying us BEFORE 30th June. We will then
ask for separate written confirmation, and will be obliged to charge
a £50 fee to cover the extra adminstration costs. We regret
that no refunds can be made after 30th June 2009, for whatever reason,
although substitutions will be acceptable if notified to us in writing
before the start of the conference.
